Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026 · Adrenaline Systems Ltd.
This policy explains what the Adrenaline Discord bot, its website and dashboard at adrenalinebot.xyz, and the Clover Discord bot collect, why, how long it is kept, who can see it, and the choices you have. Both are run by Adrenaline Systems Ltd. ("we", "us"). It covers every Discord server they are in, Adrenaline Plus and Clover Gold purchases, and this website.
The short version
- The bots only handle what they need to run their features.
- We never sell data, show ads, or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
- Much of what the bots check, like message text, is looked at and then discarded. What is kept is listed below.
- In voice, Clover measures how loud people are, not what they say. Audio is only saved when a server admin starts a recording, which Clover announces. You can opt out with
/recording optout. - Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us or to the bots.
1. Who we are
Adrenaline (a CAD, ER:LC and community bot) and Clover (a moderation and helper bot) are run by Adrenaline Systems Ltd. Both work inside Discord, so Discord's own Privacy Policy also applies to everything you do on Discord. You can reach us in the Adrenaline support server (https://discord.gg/KmbWrXecCk) or the Clover support server (https://discord.gg/e8vRxvdeW7).
Adrenaline
The bot, the website and dashboard, the CAD and the ER:LC tools.

| Push notifications | The browser subscription address and keys, if you turn on CAD alerts | Sending call alerts to your device | Until you turn alerts off or the subscription expires |
| Website security log | The IP address, the action performed and whether it succeeded | Detecting and investigating unauthorised access; never used for advertising or tracking | As long as needed for security |
| Adrenaline Plus | The server ID, the Stripe subscription ID, the Discord ID of the person who bought it, and the plan dates | Knowing which servers have Plus, and billing support | While the subscription runs, and as long as needed for billing, tax and accounting records (generally up to 6 years) |
| Session replays | For a connected ER:LC server: where players were, their team and in-game callsign, every few seconds while people are in game, with the CAD calls and pursuits at the time | Watching sessions back; linking a flagged kill to the moment it happened | 3 days (30 days on Adrenaline Plus) |
| Map alignment points | Where players stood on the map (a point per small square, no names or times of day) | Lining up new ER:LC maps when PRC changes the map | 30 days |

| Backups | A daily copy of Adrenaline’s database, and an encrypted copy sent to the Adrenaline owner’s private Discord messages so a server failure can’t lose it | Recovering from failures | The newest 14 days on the server; encrypted copies 30 days |
Things you choose to make public
If a server's admins opt in, the server directory shows its name, icon, member count, players in game and its ER:LC join code, and a public status page shows counts only (no names). A shared call link shows that call to anyone with the link for 24 hours. A server’s admins can share a session replay: anyone with the link can watch it until they turn the link off, and they can choose to hide player names and callsigns from it.
Cookies and storage on this website
The website uses a session cookie and a security cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. It stores small preferences in your browser, like light or dark mode and CAD layout. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Clover
The Clover moderation bot and Clover Gold.
3. What Clover looks at but does not keep
To do its job Clover reads what Discord sends to bots in the servers it is in: messages and attachments, polls, thread titles, usernames and nicknames, roles, joins and leaves, bans, server changes, voice channel activity and soundboard use. It checks these against the server's settings and then discards them, unless one of the cases in section 4 applies. For example, message text is checked for banned words, spam and scam links, and is only kept if it breaks a rule or is reported.
In voice channels Clover joins muted and measures only how loud each speaker is, to catch extremely loud audio; it does not work out what anyone says. To stop voice raids it briefly notes when new accounts join voice. Captcha codes, cooldowns, spam counters and the words used to pick a chat reply are held in memory for a short time and never written down.
4. What Clover keeps
| What | Details | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server settings | The choices made in /setup: channels, roles, filters, word lists, server rules, warning templates, application forms and panels, linked servers | To run Clover the way the server set it up | Until the server removes Clover or asks us to delete them |
| Moderation cases | Member ID, the action (warning, timeout, kick, ban, note), the reason, the moderator ID and the time | Warnings, /history, /case search, appeals and the weekly staff activity report | Until server staff delete them, or on request |
| Automod records | Member ID and name, the rule that was broken, and up to 300 characters of the message | So staff can undo mistakes and tune filters | 30 days |
| Lessons | Up to 300 characters of a message staff marked as a mistake | Suggestions for filters that are often wrong | Until staff delete them (at most 300 per server) |
| Help requests | Member ID, name and avatar link, the request, the conversation with staff (including staff-only notes and which staff member replied) | Connecting members with staff through /help | 14 days after the last message; transcripts are posted in the server’s own channel and, if the server allows it, sent to the member |
| Message reports | The reported message (up to 1,000 characters, attachment names, a link), its author, who reported it and why, and what staff did | Handling "Report to staff" | 30 days after the report is closed |
| Staff reports | Who reported whom, the category, what happened, proof and screenshots (posted in the admins’ channel), and the reported staff member’s past actions against the reporter | Letting admins deal with problems in their staff team | Until the server’s admins delete them, or on request |
| Applications and appeals | Member ID, name and avatar link, the answers, account and server age, warnings or ban details, reviewer votes, interview status, the decision and the reviewer’s note | Letting staff review, interview and decide | Until staff delete the form or the server’s "keep for" time passes; admins can export answers |
| Voice recordings | Audio of people who speak while an admin-started recording runs (never people who opted out), and who took part | Only when a server admin records | Deleted after 7 days by default (the server can choose 1 to 90) |
| Voice settings | Recording opt-outs, and the end time of voice mutes and soundboard blocks | Respecting opt-outs; lifting restrictions on time | Until you opt back in, or the restriction ends |
| Server backups | Names, settings and permissions of roles and channels; copies of the server’s emojis, stickers, role icons, icon and banner | Restoring a server after a raid or unwanted changes | The newest 3 automatic and 2 manual backups; the newest 5 images of each kind |
| Role records | Member ID and role IDs when a member leaves (sticky roles), temporary ban end times, and which roles Clover gave through linked servers | Giving roles back, unbanning on time, keeping roles in sync | Sticky roles 60 days; the others until they end or the link is removed |
| Update messages | Your Discord user ID, when you first and last used Clover, how (command, button, report, direct message), and whether you turned update messages off | Sending "What’s new" messages and respecting your choice | Until you ask us to delete it; people Clover cannot message are skipped |
| Clover Gold | The server ID, the Stripe subscription and customer IDs, the subscription status and renewal date, and the Discord ID of the person who subscribed | Knowing which servers have Clover Gold, and billing support | While the server uses Clover, and as long as needed for billing, tax and accounting records (generally up to 6 years) |
| Health records | When Clover started and stopped, and technical error messages (no member information) | Keeping Clover running | The latest 20 to 50 entries |
Logs and reports in your server
Server admins choose channels where Adrenaline and Clover post logs and reports. Depending on those choices, they can include deleted and edited messages, joins and leaves, role and nickname changes, moderation actions, server changes (with who made them), voice activity, help transcripts, finished recordings, application results and a weekly summary of each staff member's activity. These are Discord messages controlled by that server's admins, and Discord's retention applies to them.
Messages to Clover
If you message Clover directly, it reads the message to pass it to staff (for an open help request, appeal or interview) or to tell you how to get help. When someone talks to Clover in a server, it reads the message to choose a reply and does not store it.
5. Payments (Adrenaline Plus and Clover Gold)
Both plans are paid through Stripe. When you subscribe, you enter your payment details on Stripe's checkout page. Your card number never reaches us or the bots.
- Stripe shares with us what is needed to run subscriptions: the subscription and customer IDs, the amount, currency and status, invoices and receipts, and the billing details you give Stripe (such as your name, email address, country and postal code, which are also used to work out sales tax).
- We use this only to provide the plan, answer billing questions, prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax and accounting rules.
- Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy, and may store data outside Canada.
- The plans are not bought through Discord, so Discord does not handle these payments.
See the Payment Policy for billing terms.
6. What the bots do not do
- They do not sell, rent or trade data, and do not show ads.
- They do not track you across other servers or websites, or build profiles for marketing.
- They do not listen to or transcribe what people say in voice. Audio is only saved during an announced Clover recording.
- They do not read direct messages between members.
- They do not collect passwords, card numbers or government ID.
- They do not use your data to train any system.
7. How the information is used
Only to provide and improve Adrenaline and Clover: running the CAD, ER:LC tools and community features; moderating messages, names and voice; protecting servers from raids, nukes and scams; running verification, applications, appeals, interviews, reports and the help desk; keeping backups; syncing roles and settings between linked servers; showing staff what happened so they can decide or undo mistakes; running the paid plans; sending update messages you can turn off; and keeping the bots and website secure and working.
8. Who can see it
- Staff of the server you are in. Moderators and admins see logs, cases, CAD records, requests, reports, applications, transcripts and recordings for their own server, as their server's settings allow. Clover staff reports are meant for admins only, and the staff member reported cannot act on them.
- A linked staff server. If a server's admins link it to another server they run (for example an operations or appeal server), help requests, reports, applications, appeals, logs, moderation history and bans can be handled and shown there. Only people who are admins of both servers can set this up.
- Partner servers in an Adrenaline ban network. If a server's admins join a shared ban network, the Roblox usernames and reasons of permanent ER:LC bans are shared with the other servers in it.
- Discord, and the ER:LC API. Everything passes through Discord, which processes it under its own policies. Adrenaline reads and sends ER:LC data through the Police Roleplay Community API for servers that connect it.
- Our service providers. The companies that host the bots and website (including Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website) store and carry data for us. Stripe processes payments. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it. We may share information if a valid legal request requires it, or to protect people from harm.
Clover downloads public lists of scam websites. No information about you is sent when it does.
9. Server owners and admins
Admins decide which features are on, where logs and reports go, whether to link servers or join a ban network, whether to connect ER:LC, whether to record voice, and what their forms ask. If you run either bot in a server, you are responsible for telling your members how you use it (especially logging, reports, application data, CAD records and voice recording), keeping staff channels private, and following the laws that apply to you.
10. How it is protected
- Stored data is kept on the bots' hosts and is not publicly reachable.
- Only people who run the bots can access it, with two-step login on the accounts involved.
- Both bots use restricted Stripe keys that can only do what their plans need, and never handle card numbers.
- The website uses encrypted connections, signed sessions, protection against forged requests, and rate limits.
- We keep only what the features need and delete data on the schedules above.
- Setup and moderation tools are limited to server admins and the staff roles they choose.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information and creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.
11. Your choices and rights
- Your data (Adrenaline): on My Servers, Download my data gives you everything Adrenaline stores about you, and Delete my data removes your personal data (Roblox link, AFK, CAD units, characters, votes). Moderation and staff records a server keeps about you are not deleted this way; ask that server, or contact us.
- Ban network: if a report about your Roblox account is wrong, sign in and appeal at adrenalinebot.xyz/network.
- Voice recordings (Clover):
/recording optoutkeeps your voice out of recordings in that server, and deletes anything already recorded of you in a running recording. - Update messages: press Stop update messages on any update, or use
/updates. - See your own records (Clover):
/help> My warnings and My reports, and/applicationsfor everything you applied for. - Roblox link and alerts (Adrenaline): unlink your Roblox account at any time, and turn CAD push alerts off in the CAD or your browser.
- Server records: ask that server's staff to correct or delete cases, CAD records, requests, reports or applications about you.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us in the support server for that bot with your Discord user ID. We will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is you, and we may keep what the law requires (such as billing records) or what is needed to keep a server safe (such as a record that a ban happened).
- Complaints: you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, or the regulator where you live.
Leaving a server does not delete moderation records there, since that server's staff may still need them.
12. Children
Adrenaline and Clover are for Discord users, and Discord requires users to be at least 13 (or older where local law requires). Adrenaline Plus and Clover Gold must be bought by an adult, or with a parent's or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under Discord's minimum age. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Where data is stored
Data is stored with our hosting providers, and may be processed in other countries, including by Discord, Stripe, Cloudflare and Google. When that happens it may be accessible to authorities there under local law. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when the bots change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will give notice through the bots' update messages or in the servers they support before they take effect.
